One Sweet Day at The Dessert Museum

Just sharing our sugar overload experience in The Dessert Museum!

The Dessert Museum is located at ground floor, S Maison Mall, Conrad Hotel in Pasay City, Manila. It's beside the SMX Convention Center, MOA. This place is trending in social media because of their 8 Instagram-able rooms. Inside, you can eat up to 6 desserts.

Actually, our first plan was to go to Enchanted Kingdom in Laguna. We really wanted to go there before my sister starts her job in August. It was Thursday, and really a good timing to visit the said amusement park because we expect less people are there during weekdays. However, after checking their park schedule on their website, I found out that they are only open Fridays to Sundays for the whole month of July (haha. asar.). So, we push the plan B: The Dessert Museum.

We left the house at 7:30AM, then we arrived at the museum at 10:40AM. Suuuper traffic!!! I was expecting only one and a half hour travel, but there's a change on the route, and yeah, traffic sa express way. Sa express way pa nag-traffic, tartar sauce! >__< Good thing, we had breakfast so we didn't worry about being hungry later (and we know we'll gonna eat inside the museum XD ). We went as walk-ins, and it costs Php799 per person. Purchasing slots on their website is a hundred peso cheaper (link at the end of this blog, scroll down mo na if you can't wait XD ). After payment, you will have the wrist band to scan before you claim your desserts.

Before entering the first room, a staff (wearing pink dress, unicorn headband, and colorful long curly wig... hahaha) reminded us to secure our wrist bands, and our things. Guys, you will pay Php300 if you lost the wrist band, so take care of it.

Okay! Let's start the fun! (^_^)v

Upon reaching the souvenir shop, you have to return your wrist band back to them.

We were lucky that day because there were few people when we visited the place. Less hiya and more lakas ng loob sa pag awra when taking pictures and videos, haha! But still, always remember to give way for the next who wants to take photos, too. Room 3 is my favorite, while my sister likes Room 4 the most. My sister enjoyed eating desserts inside, while I can no longer manage another bite of the 3rd dessert (muntik na akong umuwing may diabetes charot! XD ). We stayed for 2 hours. Actually, you can stay a bit longer and go back to the previous room if you want, but for me 2 hours is enough to explore all rooms. May mauuwi ka nang sandamakmak na pang IG posts, at diabetes JOKE! XD You'll also get some facts about desserts, which you can see printed in each room.
