Today is Sunday, and this morning, I prepared a fiery breakfast for my family. We had a spicy noodle for breakfast: the Samyang's Buldalkbokkeommyun!
This korean noodle took the attention of people around the world, and later on, became a challenge because it is not your kind of noodle. This is veeery spicy with 4,404 SHU! Following the bandwagon, I tried a different way of cooking this very popular ramyun. I'm happy with the result! Here's the recipe.
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-garlic
-onion
-red pepper
-sausage
-egg
-cheese
-1 cup water
-Samyang's Buldalkbokkeommyun
INSTRUCTION
-Saute garlic, onion, red pepper and sausage.
-Add water, then put the noodle. Wait until boil.
-Add the sauce packet, stir and leave for 2 minutes.
-Remove it from the pan, and add the seasoning packet, egg and cheese while it's still hot.
-Serve. :)
